I strayed a tiny bit. I had ground chicken, not chicken breast. Here’s how I changed it up. In a small dish I mixed oyster sauce, cornstarch and water. Then added the oil and mixed. Then stired in the ground chicken. Fallwed the rest of the recipe – until time to cook the chicken. I made quenelles with the ground chicken and put them in the hot wok w/oil. Cooked them off, removed and followed the rest of the recipe. Outcome is great!
