Increase the other ingredients in our recipe proportionally, so it would be 3-4x! You can use our recipe scaling feature and the ingredient amounts will all automatically scale up. Just click on the number of servings in the recipe card and use the slider.

Hi, I’m using mushroom flavour dark soy sauce just for colour. Same brand. It’s nice.I enjoyed going through The Woks of Life receipes and do cook quite similar dishes.

Hi Nicole, Not sure what you have purchased in the past but the most reliable large wok we use was from a Chinese kitchen supply store in NYC Chinatown. It’s a simple two-handle carbon steel wok that came with a cover – the same type that many Chinese restaurants use. It’s been reliable and we’ve had it for years.
