Can you believe I am so intrigued by your recipes that I have actually purchased some “weird “ items and tried a few easy ones. I use the foods, sauces in my old recipes mostly as I want to get the taste and feel of them. Would you label your easy recipes ? Love your descriptions of foods. There is an oriental store about 50 miles away and I would like to go there for a specific Chinese recipe to get the supplies. I’m thrilled I found you! Thanks so much. You will make a convert of me yet!

I need to remember to stock my freezer with one at all times and add to my braised pork belly, 蹄膀,curry veggies, beef shanks, hotpot, the use is endless and they just soak up all the flavor.
