I bought this on a whim the other day and used it in place of hot bean sauce in your everyday vegetable stir fry recipe. A nice change I’ll add to the lineup. I can also imagine using it when recipes call for scotch bonnet peppers. Intense but flavorful, just like a scotch bonnet.
