Made this for our CNY celebration. The guests loved it. I used a cut that’s quite lean (rump) but it turned out very tender and flavourful.

Another great recipe Bill. I’m a real fan of yours. Garlic scapes are in season so used them instead of cloves. I found myself licking the last bits of sauce off the plate😀.

Hi Lisa, you can use a bit of tomato paste in place of ketchup or even your favorite steak sauce!
