Only dumplings I’ve made on the blog so far and quite frankly, have no desire to try another. I’m afraid that they wouldn’t meet the absolute greatness that these are. Your blog makes me feel like a chef. I don’t go out anymore, everything I need is here.

Made the new dumpling recipe for the first time with friends and it was amazing! I’ve eaten classic pork and chives dumplings all my life and these are the most delicious elevated version. needless to say – your recipe will now be my go-to dumpling recipe :)

I had done just that :) I followed this recipe to a T and they came out INCREDIBLE! I add a little black or rice vinegar at the very end of frying for a nice crispy bottom. Thank you!
