I used this recipe in a cooking class to demonstrate how easy cooking fish can be. It knocked it out of the park! I subbed soy sauce for tamari since I’m gluten free, increased the water to accommodate the extra saltiness of tamari and skipped adding the salt. I also skipped the extra oil at the end, and just topped with the last bit of fresh cilantro, ginger and scallions. So so good. Also, just want to compliment your photos, videos and posts in general. Always so informative and helpful. One of my favorite places for recipe inspiration. x Jessica
