I’d say that these are good for about 24 hours in the fridge. That said, make sure you dust them thoroughly with cornstarch so they don’t stick together which would be a mess! These would probably be ok frozen, as long as you cornstarched them well or stored them with parchment paper in between each wrapper.

Hi Shirley, we don’t suggest baking egg rolls, but you can do them in an airfryer. That said. They will have a drier appearance and won’t be as crispy, but it does prevent you from having to deep-fry. Here’s how: Brush the egg rolls thoroughly with a neutral oil, and place in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F/175°C for 6 minutes. Flip the egg rolls, and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
